Baked Spare Ribs and Sauerkraut
2 cps flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp baking powder
1 cp milk
1 - Cut spare ribs into portions and place in the bottomof a roasting pan.
2 - Add the sauerkraut, cover the pan and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 1 1/2 hours.
3 - Make dumplings by combining the flour, baking powder, milk, and egg.
4 - Drop by spoonfuls on the sauerkraut.
5 - Cover pan tightly and finish baking in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 30 minutes
