Baked Ham II
1 ham (10 lbs)
1 cp brown sugar
1/4 cp flour
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cp maple syrup
3 tbsp waterin which the ham has been boiled
1 - Wash ham and cover with boiling water and let cook on stove top for 4 hours.
2 - Let ham stand in liquid over night.
3 - Next day remove the fatty rind, make gashes across mthe surface of the ham and stick in whole cloves
4 - Make a paste of the sugar, flour,and mustard by adding the syrup and water.
5 - Spread over ham and place in roasting pan.
6 - Bake uncovered in a hot oven (400 degrees F.) for 45 minutes
