Paprika Cream Schnitzel
1 1/2 lbs veal steak
4 slices bacon, cut fine
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp Hungarian paprika
1 cp sour cream
1/2 cp tomato sauce
1 - Fry the bacon until done, then add the veal which has been cut into portions and brown in hot bacon fat.
2 - Add the onion and brown.
3 - Then season well with paprika and salt.
4 - Stir in sour cream and tomato sauce.
5 - Cover pan and cook about 20 minutes.
6 - Serve cutlets with the sauce.
