Veal Loaf III
3 lbs raw, lean veal, ground
3/4 cps bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp, parsley, chopped
2 tbsp butter or other shortening, melted
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cp stock
1 - Mix all ingredients together and moisten with stock.
2 - Pack into greased loaf pan.
3 - Dot with butter or other shortening and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) 1 hour
4 - Serve hot or cold as desired.
