Home Barbecued Chicken
1/3 cp cider vinegar
1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cp melted butter
1 - Have broilers split down the back.
2 - Wash and clean thoroughly, then sipe dry.
3 - Grease the broiling pan and rack and heat.
4 - When hot, place chickens on rack under a very hot flame.
5 - Sear both sides, turhning frequently.
6 - Reduce heat to 400 degrees F.) and finish broiling.
7 - Make a sauce of the above ingredients and baste the
chickens several times with it during the broiling.
