To Make Beef Tea
1 lb prime lean beef
1 cp water
1 tsp salt
1 - Put beef through a food grinder using a coarse knife.
2 - Place in top of double boiler and add the water
3 - Simmer over very low flame about 3 1/2 hours.
4 - Add salt.
5 - Strain and keep liquid in a cool place.
6 - If too strong, it may be diluted with some boiling water to the strength desired.
