1/4 cp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 - Shred cabbage rather fine.
2 - Put in sauce pan and sprinkle with salt.
3 - Cover pan and place over low flame and steam until very tender.
4 - Beat the egg, add the sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar and pour over the steamed cabbage.
5 - Heat for 5 minutes.
6 - Serve at once.
