Lancaster County Lima Beans
1 lb lima beans
4 or 5 potatoes, diced
2 cps milk
2 tbsp butter
1 - Boil the beans until nearly soft, then add the potatoes and continue cooking until both are soft.
2 - Drain off the water and add the milk and butter.
3 - Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
4 - This makes a very good dish and the cost is low.
