16 sweet green peppers
10 small onio1 1/2 cps sugarns
1 qt sour vinegar2 1/2 tsp salt
1 - Chop the peppers and onions very fine and cover sith boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.
2 - Drain off the water and again cover with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.
3 - Place in a muslin bag and allow to drain over night..
4 - Season to taste with salt and pepper and serveCobine the vinegar, salt and sugar and bring to a boil.
5 - Add pepper mixture and cook for 20 minutes.
6 - Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
