Pennsylvania Pepper Cabbage (Cole Slaw)
2 cps shredded cabbage
1 green or red pepper, cut fine
1/2 cp Hot Salad Dressing
1 tsp salt
1 - Mix shredded cabbage, pepper, and salt and let stand about 1 hour.
2 - Drain off all liquid.
3 - Pour the Hot Dressing over the cabbage and mix well.
4 - Serve at once
