Shartlesville Corn Pudding
6 ears corn, grated
2 eggs, separated
4 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp slt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 - Add the beaten yolks of eggs to the corn and mix thoroughly.
2 - Stir in the milk and seasonings.
3 - Add the stiffly beaten egg whites.
4 - Pour into a buttered bakling dish, set dish in pan with hot water and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) about 30 minutes.
