Ham and Bacon Omelet
1/4 lb bacon, chopped
1/4 lb chipped ham
4 onions, sliced
4 tbsp milk or cream
salt and pepper
1 - Fry bacon until crisp.
2 - Remove from pan and fry ham in bacon drippings until soft.
3 - Fry the onions in the drippings until soft and brown.
4 - Return bacon and ham to the frying pan and mix with onion.
5 - Beat the eggs, add the milk and seasonings and pour over the mixture.
6 - Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
7 - Serve immediately on hot toast.
