Hashed Brown Potatoes
1 lb salt pork, diced
2 cps cold boiled potatoes
1/8 tsp pepper
1 - Fry salt pork until there is about1/3 cp of fat.
2 - Remove the pork scraps and mix the fat with the potatoes, salt, and pepper.
3 - Brown.
4 - Fold like an omelet and serve at once.
