Oyster Corn Fritters (Welshkorn Eishtar-Puffers)
2 cps corn pulp
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 - Canned or fresh corn may be used.
2 - To the corn pulp add the beaten egg yolks, flour, and seasoning.
3 - Add the stiffly beaten egg whites and blend.
4 - Drop by spoonfuls size of an oyster on a hot buttered frying pan and brown.
