Hot Biscuits II
6 cps flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cps sour cream
1 - Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
2 - Gradually add the cream, working as little as possible.
3 - Turn out on floured board and press out with the hands.
4 - Do no roll.
5 - Cut with biscuit cutter and bake in hot oven (400 degrees F.) about 10 minutes
