1 lb butter
1 lb sugar
1 cp sour cream
1 tsp soda
flour enough to roll.
1 - Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly; add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
2 - Dissolve the soda in the cream and add to the mixture.
3 - Sift in flour until the dough is stiff enough to handle.
4 - Chill over night.
5 - In the morning, roll out thin on floured board and cut with cookie cutter.
6 - Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) about 10 minutes.
