1 cp sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 lb cream cheese
1 cp thin cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 - Line a deep pan with pastry.
2 - Mix flour and sugar together; add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
3 - Beat the eggs slightly, add the cream and vanilla and combine with the first mixture.
4 - Pour into pastry shell which has been baking in hot oven (400 degrees F.) until starting to brown.
5 - Remove only li=ong enough to pour in filling.
6 - Reduce oven temperature to moderately slow (325 degrees F.) and bake for 40 minutes.
