Amanda's Angel Food Cake
whites of 11 eggs
1 1/2 cps granulated sugar
1 cp flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 - Sift the dry ingredients together 4 times.
2 - Beat egg whites until dry.
3 - Fold dry ingreients into eggs.
4 - Add flavoring and bake in a very slow oven (250 degrees F.) for 1 hour.
5 - This cake should be baked in an ungreased angel food pan.
