Rice Pudding IV
1 cp cooked rice
2 cps milk
1/2 cp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cp seeded raisins
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 - Beat the yolks of eggs and add the sugar and milk, and stir into the rice.
2 - Add the butter and raisins.
3 - Pour into a buttered baking dish.
4 - Beat the whites of eggs until frothy, add the powdered sugar and spread on top of rice pudding.
5 - Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
6 - Bake in a moderately slow oven (325 degrees F.) for 30 minutes.
