200 small pickles
1 lb sugar
2 oz yellow mustqard
1 cp salt
1 qt cider vinegar
2 oz whole cloves
2 oz cinnamon
1 - Scald the pickles in boiling water.
2 - Drain.
3 - Mix together the cinnamon and cloves.
4 - Place layer of pickles in crock and sprinkle with the spice mixture; repeat until 6the crock is filled.
5 - Combine the sugar, salt, mustard, and vinegar and bring to a boil and cook about 5 minutes.
6 - Pour brine over the pickles, filling the crock. (more brine may be needed, depending on the size of the pickle).
7 - Cover crock and let stand in a cold place.
