7 lbs peaches
4 lbs brown sugar
1 qt vinegar
1 tsp cloves
1 tbsp stick cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 - Tie spices in a bag and add to the vinegar.
2 - Bring to a boil, and stir in the sugar.
3 - Scald and peel the peaches leaving them whole.
4 - Drop peaches, a few at a time into spiced liquid and cook until soft.
5 - Fill sterilized jars and seal
