1 cp brown sugar
1 cp molasses or syrup
1 cp water
2 oz butter
3/4 lb hulled peanuts
1 - To the sugar add the molasses and water.
2 - Boil until it hardens when dropped in cold water.
3 - Just before taking from the fire add the butter and the peanuts and mix well.
4 - Pour onto well buttered tins.
