Easter Egg Nog
1 1/2 qts thick cream
6 eggs, separated
1 scant cp granulated sugar
1 1/4 tumblers brandy
1 - Beat cream thick and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have been beaten together.
2 - Then add the brandy (quantity may be increased or decreased to suit taste) and stiffly beaten whites of eggs.
3 - It may require more sugar according to taste.
4 - Keep cool until served.
5 - Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
