Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding

    4 medium bananas
    1/2 cp orange juice
    1/2 cp rolled oat bran cereal
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp coconut flavoring

    Instructions

    1 - Cut each peeled banana into 6 chunks
    2 - Dip the banana chunks in orange juice
    3 - Place banana chunks and juice into a greased glass pie plate
    4 - Mix oats, sugar and coconut flavoring and sprinkle mixture over the bananas
    5 - Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until topping lightly browned

    Comments - Sounds delicious! I'll have to try it in my own kitchen.
