Stewed Chicken and Noodles

    (1) 2 1/2 - 3 lb chicken
    4 cps water
    2 tsp salt
    1 bunch of celery tops, 1 carrot, and a sprig of parsley(tied together)
    1 onion
    2 cps dry noodles
    1/8 tsp pepper

    Instructions

    1 - Cut chicken into pieces, add water, salt, and seasonings.
    2 - Bring to a boil, skim the fat off the liquid & simmer until
    chicken is tender.
    3 - Remove bunch of vegetables, then add noodles and simmer 15 minutes.
    4 - Add more pepper and salt if necessary.
