Frozen Peach Cream

    2 egg yolks
    1/2 cp sugar
    1/4 cp corn syrup
    1 cp top milk
    1 cp sieved fresh or canned peaches
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    2 egg whites


    1 - Beat egg yolks and sugar.
    2 - Add remaining ingredients except egg whites.
    3 - Mix thoroughly then freeze firm in dessert tray in
    refrigerator freezer.
    4 - Turn into a chilled bowl, mash and add unbeaten egg whites.
    5 - Beat until smooth and fluffy using electric or rotary mixer
    6 - Return fo freezer tray and freeze until firm.
