Peach Polly Pudding
1 qt. peaches
1/2 cp minute tapioca
1/4 cp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1 - Arrange a layer of peaches in a buttered baking dish.
2 - Pour over the top the juice from the peaches to which
have been added lemon juice, sugar, and tapioca.
3 - Dot with butter or margerine
4 - Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for about 1 hour.
