Fried Ham and Eggs

    1 1/2 slices ham cut 1/2" thick
    eggs

    Instructions

    1 - Slash the edges of the ham 1/2" deep about 4" apart to prevent curling
    2 - Grease hot pan slightly with ham fat.
    3 - Brown ham on both sides on medium heat.
    4 - Remove from skillet and break eggs into hot fat.
    5 - Wdhen eggs begin to set add 1 tsp water, coover tightly and
    cook to desired hardness. 6 - Place eggs on top of hot ham and serve immediately
