2 cps cooked, flaked fish
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tbsp minced onions
2 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1 cp fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cp milk
2 tsp lemon juice
1 - Shred the fish, then saute' the onion and green pepper in the
butter or margerine. 2 - Add the above to the fish with the breadcrumbs and seasonings.
3 - Beat the egg yolks, add milk and then add to the fish mixture.
4 - Stir in the lemon juice.
5 - Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
6 - Pour into a greased laf pan, set in a pan of hot water.
7 - Bake for 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree oven.
