1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp bacon drippings
2 tbsp water
1 - Wash apple and cut into quarters, removing stem, blossom end and seeds.
2 - Slice into medim thin pieces.
3 - Put drippings in the skillet and when hot, add apples, salt, and honey
mixed with water.
4 - Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low.
5 - Continue cooking for about 25 minutes.
