Select 6 firm ripe pears, then wash, quarter, peel and core.
Arrange in a deep baking dish. Pour over 1/2 cp molasses, juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1/4 cp water.
Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until pears
are tender but still firm. Cool and serve with cream.
