Corned Beef Hash or Leftover Beef Hash
2 cps corned beef, or roast or stewed beef ground
3 cps cold boiled potatoes, ground
1 onion, ground
salt and pepper to season
1 - Combine beef, potatoes, and seasoning.
2 - Moisten with just enough milk or cream so ingredients will hold together.
3 - Gravy may also be used if any should be left over.
4 - Put in hot skillet in which drippings have been melted.
5 - Spread evenly then place over low heat and cook until slightly browned.
