4 tbsp shortening
4 tbsp enriched all-purpose flour
2 cps tomato juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
sprig of parsley
1 - For sauce melt shortening and stir in the flour.
2 - Stir in tomato juice, stirring constantly until thick.
3 - Add salr, sugar, parsley, onion and a few celery tops.
