1/2 cp tomato soup
1/2 cp finely chopped celery
1/2 cp finely minced onion
1 cp soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
3/4 lb ground pork liver
1 - Beat egg slightly.
2 - Add tomato soup, celery, onion, and bread crumbs.
3 - Stir until bread is well soaked.
4 - Add salt & pepper, then meat, and mix well.
5 - Pack into a greasded loaf pan.
6 - Lay bacon strips crossways over the loaf.
7 - A little tomato soup poured between the bacon strips gives a colorful effect.
8 - Bake for 1 1/2 hrs in 375 degree oven(cold start).
