Scalloped Ham and Potatoes
1 1/2 slices of center cut ham sliced 1/2" thick
8 medium potaotes, sliced
4 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 cps milk
4 tbsp enriched all-purpose flour
1 -Melt butter or margerine and blend in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2 - Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
3 - Place 1/2 the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a well greased 3 qt casserole.
4 - Cover with 3 servings of ham, add the remaining potatoes and top with ham.
5 - Pour white sauce over the top.
6 - Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees using either a preheat or a cold start.
