Tomato and Cottage Cheese Salad
5 medium size tomatoes
1 1/4 cps seasoned creamed cottage cheese
lettuce or other salad greens
1 - Scald tomatoes, then chill.
2 - Cut tomatoes in wedges being careful not to cut all the way through.
3 - Spread gently and fill the centers with 1/4 cp cottage cheese.
4 - Serve on lettuce or salad greens.
Note : The following garnishes may be used: chopped chives, paprika,
sliced olives, grated carrot, etc.
