Bacon and Tomato Sandwich
10 slices bacon
3 tomatoes, sliced thin
5 lettuce leaves
10 slices enriched bread
1/4 cp mayonnaise
butter or fortified margerine
1 - Broil or pan fry bacon until crisp.
2 - Remove bacon to absorbant paper and put in warmer.
3 - Toast bread on both sides
4 - Spread one side with butter or margerine and mayonnaise.
5 - Put 2 strips of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, and one lettuce leaf between each sandwich.
6 - Cut sanwich diagonally once and serve hot.
