Peanut-Prune Sandwich Filling

    6 pitted prunes, cut into small pieces
    1 cp seedless raisins
    1/2 cp peanut butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cp canned evaporated milk
    1 tbsp lemon juice


    1 - Cut prunes and chp raisins
    2 - Put peanut butter and salt in a bowl and blend with milk and lemon juice.
    3 - Add fruit and mix well
    4 - Sufficient for 6 large sandwiches
