Mashed Potato Soup
1/2 cp cold mashed potatoes
1 cp hot milk
1/2 tsp grated onion
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1/2 tbsp unsifted all-purpose enriched flour
1 - Add onion to butter or margerine.
2 - Cook onions until tender but not brown.
3 - AQdd flour, potatoes and milk.
4 - Seasonn well with salt and pepper.
5 - Bring to a boil, stirring to prevent lumps.
