Buttered Green Beans
Wash and remove ends and strings from beans,
snap or cut with a sharp knife in inch pieces.
Place in a covered pan with 1/2 to 3/4 cp water.
Bring to a boil with high heat, then cook with
simmer or low heat for 20 minutesw or until
beans are tender. Add butter or fortified margerine,
salt and pepper to taste.
Serve very hot.
