Green Beans with Crumb Topping

    3 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
    1/2 cp dry bread crumbs
    2 tbsp grated raw carrot
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    1/2 tbsp grated onion
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 lb green beans, cooked


    1 - Melt butter or margerine or drippings and add bread crumbs
    2 - Remove from heat, add the carrots, parsley onion and salt.
    3 - Place hot green beans in serving dish and sprinkle with topping
    Serves 6
