Dutch Cabbage and onions
2 cps thinly sliced onions
4 cps shredded cabbage
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1/4 cp water
1 -Spread butter or margerine on the bottom of cooker or large kettle.
2 - Put a layer of onions and cabbage on top.
3 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4 - Add water, bring to a boil, then cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until tender.
