1 medium sized head of cauliflower
1.4 cp water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter or fortified margerine.
1 - Separate head of cauliflower into flowerets and wash well.
2 - Put Cauliflower, water, salt, and butter or margerine in a pan.
3 - Cover tightly, bring to a boil, then turn to simmer heat and cook until tender.
4 - Cauliflower is delicious served with cheese sauce. See pr0205.
