Candied Sweet Potatoes
6 medium size sweet potatoes - peeled
1/4 cp orange juice
1 cp dark corn syrup
3 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
2 tbsp flour
1 - Parboil sweet potatoes in salted water.
2 - Drain and place in a greased utility dish.
3 - Combine flour with the orange juice, add syrup, and mix well.
4 - Pour over sweet potatoes and dot with butter or margerine.
5 - Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour
