1/4 lb bacon
4 1/2 cps strained tomatoes
2/3 cp uncooked rice
3 tbsp chopped green pepper
32 tbsp chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 - Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry nearly crisp in skillet on high heat (about 8 minutes)
2 - Pour half the bacon drippings off, add tomatoes and remaining ingredients, then cover.
3 - Turn heat low as soon as the mixture begins to boil.
4 - Do not remove cover until cooking period is over.(about 50 minutes more)
