1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cps medium white sauce.
1 - Fry seasoned hamburger with onion in skillet until hamburger is brown and crumbly.
2 - Drain off excess fat.
3 - Add hot white sauce to browned meat.
4 - Serve on toast, mashed potatoes, or rice.
5 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley
