2 hard-cooked egg yolks
1 raw egg yolk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cps salad oil
Dash of paprika
1 - Mash and work smooth the hard-cooked egg yolks of eggs;
2 - stir in with a wooden spoon the raw yolk of egg and mustard;
3 - Work until smooth.
4 - Add the oil slowly, beating after each addition.
5 - After 1/4 cp of oil has been used, add vinegar, salt, and paprika.
6 - Alternate the remaining oil with the lemon juice until all is used.
7 - Make in a small bowl; use only wooden spoon for beating.
