Fried Rolled Oats - Bacon
Cool leftover rolled oats, in a greased mold.
Slice 1/2" thick, dredge in flour, and dip in beaten egg
to which 1 tbsp water has been added.
Fry 6 slices of bacon until crisp; drain.
Fry oatmeal in bacon fat until brown on both sides.
Serve with bacon.
