Scrambled Eggs with Herbs
4 beaten eggs
1/4 cp cream or top milk
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1 tbsp chopped p[arsley
1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
1/8 tsp thyme
1 - Beat eggs and combine with cream or top milk and seasonings.
2 - Heat butter or margerine in heavy skillet.
3 - Pour in egg mixture and cook slowly until partially set, stirring lightly.
4 - Add herbs. Cook until set.
5 - Serve with little pork sausages. Garnish with parsley.
