Basic Sugar Syrup for Sherbets and Ices
1 cp sugar
1 cp warm water
1/2 cp white corn syrup
1 - Dissolve sugar in warm or hot water and boil 5 minutes.
2 - Add corn syrup and chill before using for sherbets.
3 - This syrup may be made in quantity
4 - Store in refrigerator.
